Russian merchandise trade value with China 2007-2018

Russian merchandise imports into China gradually increased in value from 2009 to 2013, reaching the maximum of 53.17 billion U.S. dollars. The exports of goods steadily increased from 37.52 billion U.S. dollars to 56.04 billion U.S. dollars between 2017 and 2018. For the first time over the observed period, the trade balance was positive for Russia in 2018.
