CEPI primary energy consumption 1991-2021

A total of 1.2 terajoules (TJ) of primary energy was consumed by Confederation of European Paper Industries' (CEPI) members in 2021. Of this total, 728,471 TJ was consumed from biomass sources. CEPI's use of coal has fallen considerably since 1991.
