This statistic shows how the purchase volume of fresh seafood products is distributed among French households according to age groups in 2020. During the survey, it was found that around 41 percent of fresh seafood products were consumed by people aged 65 years old and older. In comparison, French people under 35 years old accounted for 8 percent of fresh seafood purchase.
