Interactions with local journalists in the U.S. 2018, by ethnicity
This statistic shows the share of adults who have ever spoken with or been interviewed by a local journalist in the United States as of November 2018, sorted by ethnicity. The findings show that white adults were more likely to have been interviewed by a local journalist, with 23 percent having had a conversation or interview with local news media staff, compared to 14 percent of Hispanics.
