Gender pay gap in Poland 2007-2017, by sector This statistic displays the gender pay gap in private and public sectors of Poland from 2007 to 2017, as a percentage of men's average hourly earnings. Over the observed time period, the gender pay gap was higher in the public sector. In 2017, female employees in the Polish private sector were paid 7.2 percent less than their male coworkers. In the public sector, women's average hourly earnings were 15.1 percent lower than men's.
