Gender pay gap in Poland 2008-2021, by sector
Over the observed time period, the gender pay gap in Poland was higher in the public sector. In 2021, female employees in the Polish private sector were paid 4.5 percent less than their male coworkers. In the public sector, women's average hourly earnings were over 13 percent lower than men's.
