This statistic shows the results of a survey on the reasons to cancel online orders in Indonesia in 2018. During the period surveyed, 50.3 percent of respondents stated that they canceled their online orders because it was an impulsive order. The second most popular reason for cancelling online orders as given by 19.7 percent of respondents was that they forgot to make the payment.
