Hindi continued to account for the highest share of newspaper advertisement volume in the Indian print industry in 2023, at a stable 38 percent. Meanwhile, the ad volume share of English newspapers increased by yet another percent over the previous year. Marathi held the highest ad volume share among regional language papers.
