Supplementary notes

According to the source: "[T]he Business Under Surveillance (BUS) programme helps poor-performing companies improve their workplace safety and health (WSH) performance by requiring them to develop and implement a robust safety and health management system.

A company could enter the BUS programme if it has:
- Had fatal accidents.
- Demonstrated poor WSH management (such as poor site conditions that result in Stop Work Orders).
- Accumulated demerit points."
