Share of traditional and collaborative robotics worldwide 2018-2022
Sales of collaborative robots, so-called cobots, accounted for just a small part of the overall robotics market in 2018 but are forecast to grow in the near future. While only five percent of all robots sold in 2018 were cobots, their share of the global robotics market is expected to reach 13 percent in 2022.
