This statistic shows the average amount of monthly surviving spouse's pension in Finland from 2008 to 2018. During that period, the average pension per month increased, however, the average employment-related surviving spouse's pension was higher with women throughout the survey period. In 2018, the average surviving spouse's pension for men was roughly 200 euros per month, while the corresponding figure for women was 600 euros per month.
