Food and beverage serving premises in Portugal 2011-2022
The number of establishments operating in the Portuguese food service industry experienced an almost constant increase in the last decade, reaching approximately 37 thousand in 2020. In 2021, there was a 0.5 percent decrease to 36.8 thousand establishments. By 2022, however, the number of food service establishments rose to 37.72 thousand.
