Regional newspapers sold by Vocento in Spain 2012-2018

This statistic presents the annual number of regional newspapers sold by Vocento in Spain from 2012 to 2018. The number of copies has decreased continously over this period. In 2018, the regional media sold 221 thousand newspapers, which represented almost 18 thousand less newspapers than the previous year. Vocento, S.A., with headquarter in Madrid, was established in 2001 as a result of the merger of Grupo Correo and Prensa Española. The multimedia communications group, composed of over 120 companies, is the national leader in the publication of general supplements and specialist magazines.
