Cargo throughput volume in Russia in 2019, by port

The Russian sea port Novorossiysk, located in the Azov-Black Sea basin, handled almost 157 million metric tons of cargo in 2019 and became the leading port in the country by the cargo throughput. It was followed by the Ust-Luga port in the Baltic basin, which handled approximately 104 million metric tons of cargo. The third leading port was Vostochny located in the Far Eastern basin.
