Italy: distribution of import value of tires 2013-2018, by macro-region
Between 2013 and 2018, Western Europe and new EU member states were the main suppliers of tires for Italy based on import value. However, according to the data provided by Prometeia, the share held by Western Europe decreased from 41 percent to 37.6 percent over the period considered, whereas the percentage attributable to new EU countries remained stable at 26.6 percent.
