This statistic displays the distribution of registered data leakages in the Netherlands in 2018, by sector. In 2018, over half of the data leakages which were registered in the Netherlands in 2018 occurred in the care and financial sector. Approximately 30 percent of data leakages occurred in the care sector in 2018, while the share of data leakages which were registered in the police and judicial sector was among the lowest, at three percent.
