Aluminum exports from Europe 2021, by country
With around 3.5 million metric tons exported, Russia was the leading exporter for unwrought aluminum and aluminum alloys in Europe in 2021. It was followed closely by the Netherlands, at approximately 2.7 million metric tons, and Norway. By contrast, countries like Denmark and Serbia were in trade deficit, importing more of the metal than their export volume.
