Estimated average value of assets owned in Italy 2021, by education level and type
In 2021, the average value of the total assets (including financial and real estate assets) of Italians with university education was estimated to amount to 437,000 euros. According to the results of the survey, Italians with a tertiary education were by far the most well-off in the country in terms of assets. Individuals with a high school diploma followed, with total assets worth on average 278,000 euros. Conversely, individuals with only elementary education registered the lowest average in terms of assets value, estimated at 177,000 euros.
