Value of cash, debit card and credit card payments in POS in Netherlands 2010-2018

Do the Dutch pay a lot by cash? Cash payments in the Netherlands went down from 52 billion euros in 2010 to 34 billion euros in 2018. Debit card payments, however, had a value that was roughly three times as high: 108 million euros in 2018. That year, there were approximately 265 million debit cards in the country.
