Organ donors in Argentina 2013-2023
In 2022, Argentina registered 1,732 effective organ and tissue donors, an increase of about 71 percent compared to the number of donors reported a year earlier. Meanwhile, as of July 7, 2023, the number of effective organ and tissue donors amounted to 900. By that same time, approximately 9,931 individuals were on a transplant waiting list in Argentina.
