Number of Russians living under the poverty line 2018-2019

In the third quarter of 2019, almost 18 million people in Russia lived under the poverty line, which was lower than in the first three months of that year. Compared to the correponsing period of the previous year, when 18.3 million Russians lived below the subsistence minimum, the number slightly decreased between July and September 2019.
