Understanding of own rights and obligations in a financial contract in China 2019

When asked if they could understand their own rights and obligations listed in a contract of their financial products or services, around 62 percent of surveyed Chinese consumers of financial products stated that they could mostly understand their rights and obligations. However, around 14 percent of respondents said they could not quite understand or could not understand them at all.
