Latin America: most downloaded frequent traveler program apps 2021
LATAM Airlines' loyalty program app was downloaded nearly 3.4 million times as of May 17, 2021, surpassing the major Brazilian low-cost airline's program GOL Smiles. According to data published by AppMagic, Avianca's LifeMiles app recorded over 960 thousand downloads as of that same date, more than double of Aeroméxico's Club Premier. In 2020, there were approximately 38 million people registered in LATAM's frequent traveler program.
