In 2019, average performance corporates surveyed in the Netherlands appeared to invest a higher percentage of their recruitment budgets into job market communications and external agencies than job market data. Roughly a third of the recruitment budgets of average performance corporates was invested in job market communications, while just three percent was directed to job market data in the same year.
