Mexico: representative local beverages 2019
In 2019, Tequila was regarded as the most representative Mexican beverage, over 61 percent of respondents considering it the most traditional drink. Beer and Mezcal were chosen as the second and third most characteristic drink in the country, with 15.3 and 6.9 percent of respondents choosing them as the most typical Mexican refreshments, respectively.
