Body hair removal among young British males 2016-2018, by area

In the United Kingdom (UK), young males aged between 16 and 24 opted for body hair removal in 2018 more than they did in 2016. In 2018, the share of young British males who removed hair from their pubic region increased to 57 from 40 percent in 2016. More and more young men were also removing hair from their chest and back in 2018. Close to half of young British males were also shaving their underarms in 2018, whereas in 2016 only 16 percent of men did so.
