Addressing employment transition for younger staff New Zealand 2019
In a 2018 survey about organizations that have formal programs or initiatives in place to address employment transition for younger staff in New Zealand, 36.7 percent of respondents said that there was a formal policy, program or initiative in place. By comparison, 41.2 percent said that there was neither formal policy, nor program or initiative.
