New technology or products trainings organizations offer to employees in Belgium 2018
As of 2018, just over half of organizations in Belgium provided their employees with training related to new technologies or products used in the workplace. The most common form of training or education which employees were provided with in 2018 was internal training. 40 percent of respondents indicated that their employer offered internal training, while the share of respondents who had no access to internal or external training and education was 45 percent.
