The per capita consumption of meat in Europe fluctuated between 2011 and 2021. In 2011, the per capita consumption of meat was just under 66.5 kilos, whereas by 2020 this figure had grown to 68 kilos in total. Over the coming 10 years, the per capita consumption of meat was forecast to decrease slightly, but remain overall relatively stable, to around 67 kilos by 2031.
