Donors on why they volunteer, by reason in Australia 2019
In a 2019 survey about the donors who give to charities or not-for-profit organizations, about 56 percent of respondents said they volunteered so they could give back to the community. Additionally, about 50 percent of the respondents said they volunteered to make the world a better place .
