In 2019, most Italians were interested in football. According to data, people who claimed to be football enthusiasts accounted for 19 percent of total respondents. Moreover, 27 percent of respondents affirmed to be interested in this sport. Overall, Italians who claimed not to be interested at all in football only accounted for 19 percent of all people involved in the survey.
