Investments in commercial property in Italy 2017-H1 2023, by asset class
In 2023, the offices accounted for the largest share of commercial real estate investment in Italy. In the first half of the year, 40 percent of investment value was allocated to offices. Industrial property was the second most popular asset class, accounting for 23 percent. According to the source, the half-year value amounted to two billion euros. In 2022, the value of investments stood at 11.7 billion euros.
