
Exercising habits among adults in Denmark 2016
Flexibility was the most important thing for Danes who did not exercise regularly in 2016, if they were about to start doing sports. More than 50 percent of the respondents found that being able to exercise whenever they wanted to, played the greatest role in terms of integrating exercise routines into their lives. The second most important factor was distance, with 34 percent of the respondents preferring sporting activities that were close to their home, job or school.
