Mexico: expenditure on beef & veal 2016-2018

According to a household survey carried out in Mexico, quarterly expenditure on beef in the country was equivalent to 22.98 billion Mexican pesos in 2018. Two years before, this value was equal to around 20 billion. This rise on expenditure is parallel to that of an increase on per capita consumption of beef, where volume of beef consumed per capita was equivalent to almost nine kilograms in 2017.
