Consumer perception on transportation mobile app GoJek Indonesia 2019
According to a survey conducted in Indonesia in April 2019, 13.9 percent of the respondents who used GoJek as their to-go transportation app associated it with its user friendliness. Indonesia is one of the fastest rising e-commerce countries in the the world, with an expected number of e-commerce users of about 212.2 millions by 2023.
