In 2022, households in South Korea spent an average of around 28.19 thousand South Korean won on sugar, jam, honey, chocolate and confectionery. In total, around 389.52 thousand won were spent monthly on food and soft drinks and another 378.26 thousand won were spent on meals in restaurants.
