Based on an analysis of employee vacancies, the source concluded that 'enthusiasm' was a soft skill much in-demand in the Netherlands. In roughly 20 percent of the vacancies, enthusiasm was mentioned. By comparison, for just over three percent of the vacancies creativity was requested.
