Indian shirts market share 2017 by brand category
Unbranded shirts segment was the key contributor to the shirts market in India during 2017. Whereas, branded segment only contributed to 30 percent of the market in that year. This comes as no surprise when the country's retail market is dominated by the unorganized market. The branded shirts market share had witnessed a growth from the previous years due to the demand of ready to wear shirts in the country.
