Sales value of organic cream cheese in Italy 2018-2019, by product

Organic cream cheese experienced different sales growths based on the type of product. Specifically, the sales value of robiola showed a significant increase, reaching in the first half of 2019 roughly 952 thousand euros. Indeed, the sales of this type of cream cheese rose by about 152 percent, the largest growth among the different products. However, the organic cheese which accounted for the largest profits was mozzarella made from cow's milk, whose sales value added up to 5.4 million euros. Additionally, the fresh cheese crescenza showed the second largest sales value (4.5 million euros). On the other hand, further organic cream cheeses such as cottage cheese displayed a decrease in term of sales value.
