As of 2019, 94 percent of U.S. Baby Boomer consumers, who had been helped by a sales associate using a tablet when shopping for home furnishings, stated that the sales associate had used the tablet to check the availability of the product. As of 2019, 34 percent of U.S. Baby Boomer home furnishings shoppers stated that they had been assisted by a sales associate who was using a tablet.
