Brazil: early-stage entrepreneurship rate 2018, by industry

In 2018, around 46 percent of early-stage businesses in Brazil (within their first 3.5 years of operation) were in the wholesale and retail segment. Meanwhile, health, education, government and social services made up 12.4 percent of all early-stage entrepreneurial activity in the South American country.
