Mexico: air fleet size 2020, by air carrier
The Concesionaria Vuela Compañia de Aviación S.A. de C.V., known as Volaris, was the largest Mexican airline as of the third quarter of 2020, based on number of air fleet size. In that period, the air carrier operated 80 aircrafts. However, the combined number of aircrafts of Aeroméxico and its subsidiary Aeroméxico Connect surpasses the Volaris' number by more than 10. As of that quarter, the most common type of aircraft in Mexico was the Airbus 320.
