Gender distribution in news about politics in Sweden 2016-2018

From 2016 to 2018, the share of women who discussed politics in Swedish news media fluctuated. While the amount of women peaked in 2016 at 32.4 percent, the number reached a minimum in 2017 at 26.9 percent. As of 2018, less than one in three of people discussing politics in the news were women.
