Out of the total 57 court decisions made between 2013 and 2018 in Russia, which were recorded as implementing the 135-FZ federal law "banning propaganda of non-traditional sexual relations," the majority targeted national media publications. Furthermore, 10 rulings were made with regads to political rallies organized by domestic LGBTQ activists.
