The average size of a full service hotel deal in Canada was 42.4 million Canadian dollars, whereas focused service hotel deals only reached 16.6 million Canadian dollars on average. Focused service hotels focus on specific demographics of travelers, such as families or single business travelers, while full service hotels cater to all travelers and usually provide on-site facilities, e.g. fitness studio, swimming pool, conference services.
