Opinion on premarital sex among young Indians 2019 by city type

According to a survey among young Indians, about 76 percent from metro cities disapproved of premarital sex. Although this was the popular opinion, this share was 56 percent among non-metro dwellers. Approval over sex before marriage was higher also higher among the latter during the survey period.
