In an online survey of 2018, "diversity" was the most recognized term among a number of words related to corporate social responsibility, with over 40 percent of respondents stating that they knew the word and an additional 36.5 percent of respondents claiming to understand its concept. "Universal design", on the other hand, was the most understood concept, with almost 40 percent of people claiming to understand the meaning behind the term.
