English proficiency in Latin American cities 2022

Buenos Aires, Argentina scored 592 out of a maximum of 800 points in the English Proficiency Index 2022. That was the highest score among all the Latin American cities surveyed. La Paz (Bolivia), Santiago (Chile), and Tegucigalpa (Honduras) were the only cities in the region with a score in the "high proficiency" range (550-599 points).
