Ownership of wearable tech in Singapore 2022, by gender
According to a survey by Rakuten Insight on wearable tech, more female than male respondents in Singapore owned a fitness or activity tracker. Furthermore, more female respondents there stated that they did not own a smartwatch or wearable fitness or activity tracker at all. In terms of motivation, both male and female respondents claimed that they were concerned about their health and would like to monitor and improve it by using wearable tech.
