Opinion on prohibition of new coal mines Australia 2019 by political affiliation
In a survey conducted in 2019 about the Australian publics' opinion on the future of coal mines in the country, 70 percent of respondents who were affiliated with the Green political party stated that they supported a moratorium on new coal mines. In contrast, only 17 percent of Green party respondents opposed the moratorium.
