Perceptions on qurban animal distributor's slaughtering procedure Indonesia 2019
In 2019, 84 percent of the respondents in Indonesia who performed Qurban, the ritual animal sacrifice of a livestock animal during Eid al-Adha, believed that an official distributor will slaughter the animals according to Islamic procedures. Indonesia has the largest Muslim population in the world, with approximately 225 million Muslims.
